Rhian has over 23 years of experience practising employment law having worked in a large international law firm in the City of London. She has known and worked with Garfield Smith since 2012. Rhian advises both companies and and senior individuals on a full range of employment law issues. She works closely with HR teams to promote claim avoidance and manage risk. Rhian has also spent some time in the in-house team legal team at a global entertainment business and has particular experience of advising in the media and entertainment, technology, financial services and retail/fashion sectors.

Rhian enjoys pilates, film, netball, travel and Welsh rugby. Rhian is Treasurer of the London Welsh Lawyers Association.
