Garfield Smith – Technology & Data Lawyers have advised MiQ Digital Limited on its purchase of the entire issued share capital of AirGrid Limited. The AirGrid business is a privacy-first audience platform founded by Dennis Yurkevich.

AirGrid is the only platform which connects marketer to publisher, allowing for privacy-first and cookieless audience creation and activation driving marketer performance and publisher yield.

The team at Garfield Smith – Technology & Data Lawyers was led by Garfield Smith and Amanda Sermon, assisted by Caroline Hughes. Jeremy Cavendish and Karen Cooper provided advice in relation to employee remuneration. AirGrid was advised by Lester Aldridge.
