Mindful Snacker business launch

Garfield Smith – Technology & Data Lawyers is pleased to have advised, Pilot Lite Capital (the UK investment arm of the Pilot Lite Group) on the launch of their new Mindful Snacker business.

The creation of the, better-for-you snack business, Mindful Snacker is the result of the acquisition of several innovative technologies and investment by Pilot Lite Capital. Mindful Snacker plan a first UK product launch in April 2021 which will be a sliced potato crisp with 50 per cent less fat and lower salt content than other leading crisps produced with a ground-breaking new cooking process. Later this year the Mindful Snacker team plan to launch several other better-for-you snack products across a range of categories, offering tasty alternatives to traditional dips, and plant-based products.

The team at Garfield Smith – Technology & Data Lawyers was led by Garfield Smith who was assisted by Amanda Sermon and Victoria Theaker. Christopher Brigstocke at Winkworth Sherwood LLP worked closely with Garfield Smith’s team on real estate matters.
